This clubs objective is to encourage each other to work hard in their classes, but also to live balanced lives. We offer tutoring, SAT/ACT prep, and college application help. We are fund raising to help offset the cost of AP testing in May.

The Art club is a service organization. The Art Club is provides students with a means of meeting others interested in the pursuit of partaking in any of the Fine Arts, and to spread awareness of these mentioned Arts throughout Liberty High School and the surrounding community.

Best Buddies

Best Buddies is an international organization that is found on many middle-school, high-school, and college campuses. The purpose of the club is to create one-to-one friendships between students with intellectual disabilities with a peer without disabilities that shares the same likes and interests. The commitment is for one academic year with the potential for a lifelong friendship.

Certamen is a quiz team competition based on the Latin language and ancient Roman culture, society, mythology, and literature. Students train for competition against other local and national schools, both in-person and in a virtual setting.

Our guiding principles explain how we fulfill our mission by addressing what we do and the outcomes we expect. DECA enhances the preparation for college and careers by providing co-curricular programs that integrate into classroom instruction, applying learning in the context of business, connecting to business and the community and promoting competition.

LHS Key Club has over 100 members and is one of the largest clubs in our school. The students in Key Club are friendly and they have fun with what they do. Some service events that Key Club has participated in include Ronald McDonald House, Relay for Life, Bell Ringing for the Salvation Army, singing holiday carols at St. Rose Hospital, making holiday cards for the troops, adopting a family for the holidays, and Trick or Treat for UNICEF.

Varsity Quiz
Wednesdays—Room 824—1:45-5:00
Varsity Quiz is an interscholastic quiz bowl competition sponsored by Kiwanis and the Clark County School District. Team members train for the competition season in the fall and for the Knowledge Master Open competition, which is held twice annually.
