Hello, my name is Jeff Geihs and I am the new principal of Liberty High School. I have been with the Clark County School District for sixteen years, serving as an English teacher, dean, assistant principal, region administrator, high school principal and most recently as the Chief Operating Officer of the Public Education Foundation, the fund raising arm of the Clark County School District. It was during my last assignment that I realized what I cherish most - working with students in a school setting as an instructional leader. I am, therefore, very pleased to be able to serve as your next principal. Liberty High School opened as a school with an academic focus for students utilizing a classical studies approach, which I plan to continue. I am excited to be part of this school community and look forward to meeting each of you as the year progresses.
